I also purchased a Solo from SMR and received it very quickly. It is a great lightweight hammock, though it is trimmed down compared to my Pares, it still offers a lot of comfort. The fabric is different from any other hammock I have been in, it is very smooth to the touch and stretches around your body just right. It is so small and light that you can take it everywhere you go, just in case you need a comfy nap. I sleep in both my Pares and my Solo on a regular basis and have really enjoyed the durability and the craftsmanship of these products. The Solo comes with 7/64 inch AmSteeel Blue rope on each side, so you can hang it up right out of the box, I purchased the SMr-Slings also so I have an extra bit of set-up length.
