Easy and safe to install. Function is ok, is mostly aesthetic (like on a ninja). Probably more functional at highway speed than at 30 mph.

I would tell people to buy one and try it. It is slightly small (narrow, not wide enough).

I removed mine from my lower powered 250cc because I think it slowed me down at highway speed AND only slightly stopped windflow . I may install it on my next BIGGER bike.
