I have owned this 2004 Kawasaki Prairie 700 since new. It has always ran well. I had to clean the carbs out so I decided to install this Dynojet kit at the same time. One thing, the quad has always had a slightly rough idle since new. Cleaned out the carbs in chem dip, installed the jet kit per instructions for my elevation ___noise___ 1000. My Prairie has a 2" lift kit and oversized tires and wheels installed. The quad starts a lot easier and faster hot or cold, idle is perfectly smooth. Took the quad for a test ride in the parking lot at my shop, cant keep the front end down, almost flipped over backwards. I do have an EPC clutch kit installed. Amazing difference. Went to Nevada for a motorcycle camp trip, brought the Prairie for the hell of it. I climbed hills that were tough to climb on my KTM 500 EXC. The rejet kit woke up this quad. They are set way too lean from the factory, expecially the needle. The stock needle is not adustable like the Dynojet. The Dynojet needle has a more agressive taper, combined with a larger pilot jet and main jet, it really works. Well worth the small price for the kit.
