I had ordered (4) "195/65R15 SL 91H GENERAL ALTIMAX HP" Tires from "Direct Buy Tire" Here in amazon.com for my Chrysler PT. Cruiser back in March 20, 2012.

The tires got shipped very quickly despite i had picked standard shipping. if i remembered correctly it took exactly business 3 days using regular standard shipping. The tires arrived by UPS.

Note: when i say 3 business days and this is a example. if you order them on Friday expect to get them between Wednesday - thursday at best. Do not count the weekends or holidays Unless you pick Priority Shipping then that is a total differnt scenario.

Having said that Tires got shipped same day i had ordered them. They arrived nicely packaged & tracking shipment was awesome.

When i got the tires i simply went to my local Superstore & had them balanced and mounted.I even Got Compliments from the mechanic that installed them, on how really good they looked.

As far as performance:
I'm in Florida and we don't get snow at all. so i was looking for a Great Touring tire that will handle great when it rains.in Florida when it rains it pours and are sometimes subject to hydroplaning.

"hydroplaning is when a layer of water builds between the wheels of the vehicle and the road surface, leading to a loss of traction that prevents the vehicle from responding to control inputs". or as we called it "Florida Ice"

The Tires really have great Traction in wet pavements. I stumbled on this tires after reading extensive reviews from Tire comparison sites.

As far as road noise these are quieter then the ones the vehicle had and i find these tires quite acceptable to me.

it's going on 7 months & tires look great so far. I posted this review as a guide for people who were little weary about ordering tires online. This also was my very first time ordering tires online and i found it to be a great experience.
