This is a very nice leather coat, pretty color, and nice feel - especially for the price. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it is mis-sized. The customer service at Leatherup ended up being very helpful in trying to find a size that was accurate. They measured several jackets in larger sizes and they all measured within 2 inches of each other, and the largest still measured three inches smaller than the size I needed. It is as if the jacket was made in just two sizes, no matter what the size label said.

They ended up having to refund the cost of the jacket to me because of the size error. I appreciate the time they took to help me with the problem, but still feel they should have refunded me the shipping cost for the purchase and for the return since the problem was not my error in any way, nor did I return it because I changed my mind about it. The problem was mis-sizing with the larger sizes and the company needs to correct the issue.

If you are a "Plus" size woman - call and ask for the actual chest measurement of the jacket size you are ordering before you order it. The largest chest measurement, out of three sizes, came up 46" - and that was not the largest "sized" jacket, it was the 2X - - the 5X they measured only came to 44"! I'm not even sure if you ordered a 2X expecting a 46" chest that you would get that - it seems the measurements are very inconsistent from one jacket to the next.
