Nothing at all wrong with the item. It looks great and fits my 2006 Econoline perfectly. The biggest problem is the installation instructions. They are basically "Remove the old one and install the new one." Add in some general statements about some of the different pieces and that's about it. After a few minutes of reading the directions and staring at the front of my car, trying to figure out if i was missing something, I threw out the directions and installed it how i would have expected to install it. I drilled holes in the welled brackets at the bottom of the grill and screwed it to the mounting locations in the van. The upper brackets lined up without any problems.
