Purchased this product for my 2004 New Beetle TDI with 6-speed automatic transmission. It DID NOT fit, even though it said it would when I ordered it. The bolt holes on the cv axle did not line up with the bolt pattern on my car. When measured against my old cv axle, it was obvious that it did not match. I am not downing the product or Amazon.com. All I recommend is that the fitment information be precise to the exact vehicle the part is for. Unfortunately for me, my car is now sitting in my driveway up on jack stands until I can find an exact match for the old cv axle.
