I have just installed this part, but so far it is working well. Fit perfectly with no problems installing. Though there was a clip on the original part that secures the power cable to the section of the regulator the motor connects to, I guess to tidy up things. I was careful not to break the clip because the new motor did not come with a similar clip. If you do break this clip a simple zip tie or twisty tie could be used in place, or probably not at all. I only gave 4 stars since I just installed the motor and cannot attest to it's durability
