Devol Radiator Guards KD-0292 Review

One of the worst things you can break on a fall are radiators. Especially if you are incredibly far away from the staging area. If you crack a radiator and your bike overheats you can suffer a seized piston and/or blow a head gasket. If you crack your radiator you might spend the rest of the day pushing your bike back (I know this from experience). Not to mention replacement radiators are hard to find and expensive now that the KDX 200 is not longer in production.

These were pretty easy to mount. You have to a little cutting on the inside of the Radiator shrouds. My only complaint is that the bottom bolt of the radiator shroud doesn't really fit in with the radiator guard. I only have the top two screws in. I just zipped tied the bottom screw hole to the radiator mount.
