The included installation instructions were not good. The print quality was bad so I went online. The online quality was better, but still not very clear. I spent an hour and a half trying to install this and gave up. Couldn't get past trying to insert it into the window channel. Then the straps didn't appear to be long enough to go around the roll bar. Do I need to take off the padding? Do I need an another accessory that wasn't included?

I decided to give them a chance to make me happy. Called customer service (3 times). Guess what? They appear to only open M-F during business hours. Got a recorded message each time I called. I usually work on my jeep on the weekends, so this was less than helpful.

I am returning this product and upgrading to the Bestop Trektop Nx. Thank you Amazon for being so easy to work with by making the returns so easy.

So in the end my Jeep was looking out for me. It rejected a Chinese part and kept me patriotic.
